After a year of not awarding any scholarships, we are extremely ecstatic. It was not for a lack of trying. We are pleased to announce that we have a new scholar! This year we continued the Lift As You Climb academic scholarship. It was awarded to a high performing student who displayed the values of perseverance, community support, and achievement. Marijah Holder is our awardee of the Lift As You Climb scholarship.
Marijah is a graduate of Cedar Shoals High School. She is passionate about the human body and aspires to become a nurse. She is excited about completing her degree and becoming a first generation college graduate. She is headed to Kennesaw State University in the fall where we know she will make her family proud.
